Help Move Tehachapi Ag Forward

Tehachapi High School’s Agriculture Department is growing, but limited transportation continues to create a major challenge for its students and program.

The program currently relies on district vehicles that must be requested in advance and are often unavailable. Agriculture teacher Mary Moreno also uses her personal truck and a borrowed trailer to haul feed and equipment, support off-campus agriculture projects, and visit student SAE projects throughout the Tehachapi area.

Through SKFF’s Fund in Need program, our community is coming together to help provide Tehachapi High School with a dedicated utility truck. This truck will help transport students and supplies, haul feed and equipment, tow livestock trailers and farm machinery, and support SAE project visits throughout the region.

Our goal is $85,000.

SKFF will match up to $15,000, helping bring us closer to the $85,000 project goal.

Every penny raised through Fund in Need is designated directly to Tehachapi High School’s Fund in Need project.

Your support will help provide students with the transportation, experiences, and opportunities they need to continue learning beyond the classroom.
